PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
By placing an order with DressedbyJessica.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms and conditions. Due to the custom nature of our products, we must strictly adhere to these policies.
Booking Process
All inquiries must begin with our official consultation form.
- If you contact us via DM, text, or email, you will be redirected to complete the form before we proceed.
- You will receive a response within 24 hours of submitting the form (Monday–Saturday, 11 AM – 6:30 PM).
Consultation Booking Fee
- A non-refundable $25 consultation booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
- This fee is not applied toward your gown or suit total.
- After payment, you will receive a link to select your consultation date and time.
If you are not ready to proceed with a down payment, please wait before booking.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- You are allowed one cancellation without penalty.
- Additional cancellations require a new $25 booking fee.
- No-shows permanently forfeit the ability to work with Dressed by Jessica.
Consultation Process
Your consultation is a crucial first step in bringing your design to life. During this session, we will:
- Discuss your design preferences and review inspiration images.
- View fabric and color samples.
- Take precise measurements for the best possible fit.
- Review the Prom Contract, communication process, and fitting schedule.
At the end of your consultation, a 50% non-refundable down payment is due to begin production.
Production Timeline
- Production time begins only after your down payment and measurements are received.
- Standard production times are discussed during consultations. Please plan ahead to allow for proper design and fitting.
Rush Orders
Rush orders may be available depending on the time of year.
- Rush orders incur an additional fee, which will be discussed before booking.
- Rush production time begins once payment is received.
Design Changes
- Once materials are ordered or production begins, design changes are not permitted without additional cost.
- Changes requested after production has started may delay completion.
Fittings & Alterations
- The number of fittings included will be discussed during consultation.
- Clients are required to attend scheduled fittings to avoid delays.
- Any alterations requested after the final fitting are the client’s responsibility and expense unless due to an error on our part.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are final.
Placing an order with Dressed by Jessica is a legal agreement that you understand and accept the following:
- No refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
- Minor alterations may still be necessary and are the client’s responsibility.
- Dressed by Jessica inspects all items before shipping or pick-up.
Client Responsibility
- If you provide your own measurements, Dressed by Jessica is not responsible for fit issues due to incorrect measurements.
- Please ensure that all style, color, and processing time selections are accurate at the time of order.
Cancelled or Postponed Events
- In the event your event is cancelled or postponed, the full remaining balance is still due by the original event date provided.
- If payment is not received, the garment becomes the property of Dressed by Jessica and may be resold.
- Completed garments must be picked up within 7 days of the completion notice or they will be considered abandoned and may be resold to satisfy the account.
Billing & Shipping Policy
- Billing and shipping addresses must match for orders to be processed.
- Orders with mismatched information may be automatically cancelled and refunded.
- Signature is required for all deliveries.
Dressed by Jessica is not responsible for:
- Delays due to carriers, weather, holidays, natural disasters, or incorrect addresses.
- Lost or stolen packages.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Material Substitutions
If your selected fabric or trim becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer a comparable alternative of equal quality.
Disclaimers
- Minor alterations may be required and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen display.
- Glitter and rhinestone garments may shed during shipping and wear — this is normal and not a defect.
- Feathers naturally shed during production and wear, this is normal and not considered damage.
Communication Policy
- Our official hours are Monday – Saturday, 11 AM – 6:30 PM.
- All communication should be via Text or email for recordkeeping.
Photo & Marketing Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Dressed by Jessica reserves the right to photograph completed garments and use images for marketing purposes, including social media and website display.
Force Majeure
Dressed by Jessica is not responsible for delays or inability to fulfill orders caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, illness, natural disasters, or other unforeseen emergencies.
